The opposite of "I love you" is not "I hate you",
its "I'm over you"
& it hurts...big time.

There exist nothing as "I'm over you" i.e if & only if the entity in question meant "I love you ".

Yes, because 'I hate you' means that you mean something so immense to that person and that you make them feel.
